[5767] DevOps Engineer (Linux)

We are looking for a Linux / DevOps Operations Engineer to support and operate Linux-based systems and container platforms. The role covers system operations, containerized environments, incident and release management, and coordination with external partners.

Candidate Profile:
• Hands-on operational experience
• Comfortable working in mixed Linux, container, and middleware environments
• Able to acquire knowledge through prior experience or structured training
• Strong communication skills for internal and external collaboration

Key Responsibilities:
Linux & System Operations
• Log in to Linux servers via terminal (e.g. using Privileged Access Management tools such as CyberArk)
• Operate and troubleshoot systems using Linux command-line tools
• Monitor system performance:
o Processes
o Disk usage
o CPU and memory utilization

Container & Platform Technologies
• Operate Docker environments:
o Containers, images, registries
o Start/stop and query containers
• Operate Kubernetes platforms:
o Nodes, Pods, StatefulSets
o Persistent Volume Claims (PVCs)
o Log analysis

Middleware & Open-Source Components
Basic operational knowledge of:
• MongoDB
• PostgreSQL
• Kafka
• Camunda
• Other similar open-source components

Service Management:
• Incident Management using ServiceNow (Incident & Problem Management)
• Release & Change Management using ServiceNow Change Management
• Coordination with external partners for incidents and releases

Nice to Have:
• Experience with additional tools such as:
o Ctrl-M
o Dynatrace
o Ansible
